Seekcod creates self-guided puzzle walks using printed or digital materials. Product descriptions state the city, language, format, expected play conditions, and any special requirements. You must provide accurate information when placing an order. A parent or guardian should order for minors.

An order is accepted when Seekcod sends an order confirmation. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, accepted payment methods, and payment timing are shown on the product or checkout page. Seekcod may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or an inability to provide the selected edition.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or incorrect customer details. For local pickup, follow the location and collection instructions in the confirmation message. Risk of loss for physical goods passes as provided by applicable law.

Seekcod games take place in real public environments. Players remain responsible for their own safety and decisions.

• Observe traffic laws, signs, opening hours, and instructions from local staff.
• Do not enter private, restricted, unsafe, or closed areas.
• Do not use a phone or read clues while crossing a road or cycling.
• Pause or stop play in severe weather, poor visibility, emergencies, or unsafe conditions.
• Children should play with suitable adult supervision.

A clue never requires trespassing, damaging property, moving objects, or disturbing residents, businesses, places of worship, or other visitors.

Game books, stories, illustrations, routes, puzzles, answers, branding, and digital materials are owned by Seekcod or used with permission. A purchase grants personal, non-commercial use for the number of players described on the product page.

Do not reproduce, resell, upload, publicly reveal answers, or create derivative commercial games from Seekcod content without written permission. Please avoid posting spoilers that could diminish another player's experience.

Streets and landmarks change. Construction, closures, events, weather, or removed signs may affect a clue. We may revise a route or provide replacement guidance. Contact us if an on-site clue appears unavailable.

Cancellations, returns, faulty goods, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Seekcod will be responsible where required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seekcod is not responsible for indirect loss, missed transport, third-party closures, weather, or harm caused by ignoring safety instructions. Nothing excludes liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
